California building purchased for $1.5 million

The Crisanti Family Trust purchased a 6,081 square foot building in Santa Fe Springs, Calif., from the Maxon Family Trust for $1.5 million.

Voit Commercial Brokerage brokers Cameron Driscoll, Luke McDaniel and Jack Askelson represented the buyer while seller was self represented.

Located at 13653 Alondra Blvd., the building sits on 34,303 square feet of land and is close to the 5 Freeway.
