Marcus & Millichap obtained the exclusive listing for the 204-unit Hickory Ridge Apartments in Peoria, Ill. The property is listed for $11.3 million, or $55.05 per square foot.

M&M's Eric Bell is representing the private investment group selling the 100 percent occupied property.

Located at 7150 Terra Vista, Hickory Ridge Apartments consist of six buildings on a 205,250 square foot lot.

The complex features one, two and three-bedroom apartments and community perks include a swimming pool and 24-hour fitness center.
