Optima International buys Cleveland's 55 Public Square

Optima International purchased 55 Public Square, a 22-story office building in downtown Cleveland, from Willett Companies for $34 million.

Jaime Fink and Jeff Bramson, managing directors at Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, arranged the sale.

The building is 84 percent occupied by Climaco, Lefkowitz, Peca, Wilcox & Garfoli, LLC and Mansour, Gavin, Gerlack & Manos, LPA. It also has a 439-space parking garage.
