Olathe, Kan., shopping center purchased for $29.39 million

by
Phoenix-based Arciterra purchased Olathe Pointe, a 289,500 square foot shopping center in Olathe, Kan., for $29.39 million from Maefield Development Corporation.

Marcus & Millichap's John Riser represented both the buyer and seller in the transaction.

Located at the southeast corner of 119th Street and Blackbob Road, Olathe Pointe is composed of two multi-tenant buildings and contains a Marshall's, Michaels and Stone Cold Creamery.
