Marcus & Millichap listing Galloway multi-family

Marcus & Millichap has retained exclusive listing rights for a 320-unit Class B multi-family community in Galloway, Ohio. The $22.5 million listing price represents $70,313 per unit.

M&M's Earl Elliot and Gordon Navarre are representing the seller of the 98 percent occupied apartment community.

Located at 1919 Georgesville Road, the 290,448-square-foot community includes 29 buildings situated on 19.33 acres.

The community was built in 1998 and features a mix of one, two and three-bedroom units. Community perks include a swimming pool, a lake with a fountain and a business center.
