Carter-Hastings buys 93-unit apartment community in O'Fallon, Mo.

Carter-Haston Holdings LLC purchased The Vinings of Bourdeaux, a 93-unit apartment community in O'Fallon, Mo., from The Vinings of Bourdeaux LLC for an undisclosed amount.

The community is located at 611 Vinings Boulevard in O'Fallon.

The transaction was negotiated by Ken Aston and Steve Pearl of Hendricks & Partners, on behalf of both the buyer and seller.
