BGK Group sells 73,529-square-foot Minnetonka industrial building

BGK Group has sold a 73,529-square-foot industrial building in Minnetonka, Minn., for an undisclosed amount.

The building, a multi-tenant facility, is located at 10901 Bren Road East in Minnetonka.

BGK Group of Santa Fe, N.M, was represented by senior vice president Bill Ritter and associate Judd Welliver of Welsh Companies of Minneapolis.
