Welsh Cos. facilitates two industrial building sales for $8.9M

Welsh Cos. has announced the sale of two industrial buildings in the Twin Cities totaling $8.9 million.

Welsh Cos. vice president Ted Carlson represented sellers Capri Capital Advisors in the $6.46-million sale of the 174,267-square-foot Carmen Distribution Center in Inver Grove Heights, Minn.

The buyer, TA Associates Realty of Boston, was represented by Welsh's Brad Bohlman and Eric Riemer.

Carlson also represented Independent School District 196 in the purchase of Carrousel Plaza Office Park for $2.45 million. The 25,900-square-foot office building is located in Rosemount, Minn.

A full-service commercial real estate company, Welsh is headquartered in the Twin Cities and has regional offices in Minneapolis, St. Paul, Chicago, St. Louis and Detroit.
