Winn-Dixie in Meridian, Miss., fetches $4.2 million

T&T Realty LLC bought a 47,192-square-foot net leased Winn-Dixie grocery store in Meridian, Miss., from a private investor for $4.2 million.

Marcus & Millichap's Ben Sgambati and Michael Lombardi, along with William Hoffpauir, represented the seller. Sgambati and Lombardi represented the buyer.

The store is located at 2120 Highway 19 North and is a single-tenant absolute net lease. It was constructed in 1998 and the building has also recently undergone numerous capital improvements.
