Surprise, Ariz., apartment community sells for $17.65 million

PM Canyon Ridge LLC has sold a 192-unit apartment community in Surprise, Ariz., to Watasch Acquisitions and Capital Inc. for $17.65 million.

Bob Bruno and Mark Forrester of Hendricks & Partners represented the seller in the transaction.

Located at 17447 North Avenue of the Arts in Surprise, the community is known as Canyon Ridge.

The property consists of two-story rental buildings housing a mix of one, two and three-bedroom units, and is placed on about 10 acres of land.
