40,000-square-foot industrial park in Montclair, Calif., sells for 3.5M

The 40,000-square-foot Brooks Industrial Park in Montclair, Calif., was acquired by Brooks Commerce Center, LLC for $3.5 million. The multi-tenant industrial business park is 87.5 percent occupied.

The buyer was represented by Steve Shatafian of Lee & Associates. Eric Burney of Daum Commercial Real Estate, and Alan S. Pekarcik and Dan Vittone of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the seller.

Consisting of four buildings and located at 4601-4607 Brooks St. in the Montclair industrial submarket, Brooks Industrial Park is close to the Southern Pacific Railroad and the Ontario International Airport. It also has nearby access to the 10 and 60 freeways.
