AC Transit buys four-building property in Oakland, Calif., for $19 million

AC Transit purchased the Fruitvale Business Center in Oakland, Calif., from Kavped Inc. for $19 million.

Gabe Burke, Bruce Bauer and Norm Eggen of Colliers International represented the seller in the transaction.

The four-building property is located at 901 to 1001 66th Ave. in Oakland and consists of 240,000 square feet.
