8/12/2008Charles Dunn Company purchases $1.4M mixed-use in Long Beach

Los Angeles-based Charles Dunn Co., a partner of GVA Worldwide, negotiated the purchase of a 5,130-square-foot mixed-use development in Long Beach, Calif., for $1.4 million. The firm will be the exclusive agent for the property, which is located at 150 Promenade North. The buyer, Hillcrest Development Partners, LLC, was represented by Charles Dunn's Ted J. Slaught. The seller, Lennar Corporation, was represented by Grubb & Ellis. The buyer is targeting the area to capitalize on the redevelopment of downtown Long Beach.
