Prattco Crescent Oaks LP of Herleysville, Pa., purchased the Crescent Oaks apartment community in Forth Worth, Texas, from FUCMT 2001-C3 W. Normandale LLC of Miami Beach, Fla.

Peter Hartnett of Hendricks & Partners represented the seller in the transaction.

Crescent Oaks is located at 3001 West Normandale St. in Fort Worth and consists of 220 units.
