Marcus & Millichap sell Wichita Falls, Texas, shopping strip

The Pyramid Center
Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of the 39,991-square-foot Pyramid Center shopping strip in Wichita Falls, Texas.

Located at 2924 Kemp Boulevard, the property is 85 percent occupied.

Chris Keenan of M&M's Phoenix office and Jason Vitorino of the firm's Dallas office had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of an Arizona limited partnership. Keenan and Vitorino, along with Philip Levy of the Dallas M&M office, sold the property to a Texas-based partnership.

Sitting on nearly three acres, the shopping strip was built in phases. Constructed in 1980, the first phase of the construction was retail and office space. More retail was added in 1999 and a free standing Starbuck's was added in 2003. At the intersection of Kemp and Kell Boulevards, the property also features a Blockbuster Video, Quiznos, Sprint store and Papa John's.

Address: 2924 Kemp Boulevard, Wichita Falls, Texas
