Sperry Van Ness sells two-tenant retail center in Norco, Calif.

Sperry Van Ness completed the sale of an 8,050-square-foot two-tenant retail property in Norco, Calif.

The triple-net leased, completely occupied retail property sold for $4.7 million.

Fouy Ly of Sperry Van Ness in Irvine represented seller Newport Beach-base Norco NBH I, LLC. Crystal Cove Wealth Management represented the buyer, a family trust from Loma Linda.

The properties' two tenants are Wahoo's Fish Taco and Active Ride Shop. The building, located at 1295 Hamner Ave., was built in 2003 and is situated on 1.24 acres.
