Office building in Scottsdale, Ariz., draws $2M

MP Lauren Associates, LLC, sold an office building with 5,500 rentable square feet in Scottsdale, Ariz., to 13845 North Scottsdale Road, LLC, for $2.005 million.

Steve Gonzales and Alon Shnitzer of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller and buyer, respectively.

The property, known as the MP Lauren Building, is located at 13845 North Scottsdale Road. It was constructed in 1985 and is currently is vacant.
