Marcus & Millichap facilitates sale of multi-family in Mesa, Ariz.

Sunnybrook Partners, LLC bought a 103-unit multi-family property in Mesa, Ariz. fro $5.225 million from Sunnybrook Apartments, LLC.

Richard Butler of Marcus & Millichap had the exclusive listing on behalf of the seller, and also represented the buyer.

The property, known as Sunnybrook Apartments, is located at 123 North Robson St.

Sunnybrook consists of 10 studio, one-bath units; 73 one-bed, one-bath units; and 20 two-bed, two-bath units, ranging from 448-820 square feet.
