Phoenix multi-family property goes for $2.23M

Sunny Park, LLC bought the Solano Park Apartments, a 48-unit multi-family in Phoenix, Ariz., from Kevin Saunders for $2.23 million.

Brian Smuckler of Marcus & Millichap had the exclusive listing rights on behalf of the seller. Smuckler also represented the buyer.

It contains a mix of 21 one-bed, one-bath studio apartments; 12 one-bed, one-bath units; and 15 two-bed, two-bath units ranging from 450 to 780 square feet.
