Multi-family in Mesa, Ariz., commands $5.1 million

Surinder Singh paid $5.1 million to Select Suites Inc. for a 96-unit multi-family property in Mesa, Ariz.

Adam Arkfeld and Richard Holway of Marcus & Millichap listed the property on behalf of seller Select Suites. Darrell Moffit of Marcus & Millichap represented the buyer.

The property is located at 1318 South Vineyard St. in Mesa. Known as Sonoma Village, the property includes a mix of 16 one-bedroom, one bath units and 80 two-bed, one bath units.

Units at Sonoma Village range from 560 to 800 square feet.
