Brooklyn multi-family sells for $900K

Stephen Palmese of Massey Knakal Realty Services represented the seller in the sale of a Brooklyn, N.Y., multi-family building for $900,000, or $185.18 per square foot.

The property is located at 846 Bay Ridge Ave. in the Bay Ridge area of Brooklyn. It includes six units.

The three-story building contains roughly 4,860 square feet, including five two-bedroom apartments and a one-bedroom apartment.
