Pi's Property Management, LLC buys Brighton, Mich., retail space

Pi's Property Management, LLC purchased a 3,287-square-foot retail space in Brighton, Mich., from BMH Realty for an undisclosed amount.

John G. Tunis and Paul J. Gobeille of Lee & Associates represented seller BMH Realty in the transaction.

The freestanding building, at 8262 Cross St., is adjacent to a Walgreens plaza and is 100-percent leased. The property is directly off busy Grand River Avenue.
