Retail center in Victorville, Calif., goes for $3.85M

Starbucks Retail Center

Helm, LLC, paid $3.85 million to MJK/7th and Greentree Real Estate Holding Company, LLC, of Deerfield, Ill., for a 5,939-square-foot retail center in Victorville, Calif.

Cameron Rafati and Jeremy S. McChesney of Hanley Investment Group represented the seller in the transaction. Bill Bird of SC Properties in Chino Hills, Calif., represented the buyer.

Known as the Starbucks Retail Center, the five-tenant property is located at 14213 7th St. in Victorville.

The property was built in 2004 and was 100 percent occupied at the time of the sale. Tenants include Starbucks, AT&T and Sacramento Auto Insurance.
