Grubb & Ellis sell Snug Harbor complex in Las Vegas

Grubb & Ellis' San Diego and Las Vegas locations announced the sale of the 64-unit, 78,865-square-foot, Snug Harbor complex in Las Vegas for an undisclosed price. Approximately 69,432 square feet are rentable multi-family and the remaining 10,433 square feet are retail.

AIMCO/RALS, LP, owners of Snug Harbor for the last 10 years, sold the property to Snug Harbor Condominiums Las Vegas, LP, with WLA Investments as managing partner. The seller was represented by Grub & Ellis Las Vegas' Joseph Kupiec and Grub & Ellis San Diego's Diane Miramontes and Darcy Miramontes.

Built around 1989, Snug Harbor consists of nine two-story buildings totaling 64 units. The garden style complex, sitting on 3.8 acres, also includes 100 parking spots.

Snug Harbor is only 10 minutes from McCarran International Airport and two miles from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. The Las Vegas Strip and downtown are a short drive away.
