Zaharia Opera buys Phoenix retail center for $5.8 million

Zaharia Opera purchased Phoenix retail center Willow Crossroads for $5.8 million from Bruce Utterback and Jack Wilson.

Ryan Schubert and Michael Hackett of Grubb & Ellis BRE Commercial, LLC, represented the sellers.

The 95 percent leased property also includes a ground-leased pad. Willow Crossroads.

Address: 3180-3196 Willow Creek Road, Phoenix, Ariz.
