Two-story office in San Marcos, Calif., draws $8.5 million

Windsor Projects paid $8.5 million to San Marcos Building for a 27,391-square-foot office space in San Marcos, Calif.

Harry Stone of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the seller and Ross Grano of Hamann Properties represented the buyer.

The two-story building is situated on 1.63 acres. It is a multi-tenant facility and was renovated in 2004, including a new roof, new HVAC system and interior work.

Discovery Bank is the largest tenant in the building and occupies 50 percent of the property. The State of California occupies another 25 percent.
