Marcus & Millichap sell Utah shopping center

Ogden Utah Holding Co., LLC, has purchased the Three Tenant Shopping Center in Ogden, Utah, for $2.8 million from Robertson Family Trust.

Danny Bahng and Barry Higins of Marcus & Millichap's Denver, Colo., office represented the seller in the transaction while the buyer was self-represented. The shopping center contains 60,220 square feet and is located in Ogden, a town approximately 37 miles north of Salt Lake City.
