Boulder apartments sell for $22.85M

Uptown Broadway, a 116-unit multi-family complex in Boulder, Colo., has been sold for $22.85 million in a deal handled by the Denver office of Marcus & Millichap.

Dave Potarf, Jordan Robbins and Dan Woodward of the firm's national multi-housing group represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction.

The complex, which sold for $226 per square foot, or $196,983 per unit, is located at 4590 13th St. It contains 100,940 square feet, was built in 2005 and consists of 10 three-story buildings.
