Hendricks & Partners finalizes $3.22M sale of California multi-family

Timothy C. Buege and Rocio del Pilar Buege have purchased the Casa Miguel apartment community in El Cajon, Calif., for $3.22 million from Li Tang and Zhi Gao.

The deal was brokered by Steve Huffman and Rod Taylor of Hendricks & Partners' San Diego office.

The complex contains 28 units and is located at 570 S. Mollison Ave. It sold for $115,000 per unit. Both the buyer and seller are trustees of their respective family trusts.
