Hendricks & Partners finalizes sale of suburban Dallas apartments

Denton, Texas-based Avenue A Investment, LLP, has sold the La Maureta apartment complex in Denton for an undisclosed amount to a California-based private investor.

The deal was handled by Ryan Warren of the Dallas office of Hendricks & Partners. The 22-unit property is located at 417 Withers St. in Denton, a town approximately 40 miles north of Dallas.
