Marcus & Millichap negotiate sale of Colorado apartments

The Landmark Apartments, a 120-unit multi-family complex in Fort Collins, Colo., has been purchased by an Ohio-based investor for $11.3 million in a deal brokered by Marcus & Millichap.

Jordan Robbins, Dave Potarf and Dan Woodward of the firm's Denver office represented both the buyer and the seller, a Delaware-based company, in the transaction.

The Landmark sold for $94,157 per unit and is comprised of 12 buildings. It is located at 1050 Hobbit St. and was built in 1985. Robbins, Potarf and Woodward recently brokered the $22.85 million sale of a 116-unit apartment complex in Boulder.
