NAI Capital sells California office building for more than $3M

Gary Heathcote, a Westlake Village, Calif.-based architect, has purchased a two-story office building in Westlake Village for more than $3 million.

Heathcote was represented in the deal by Jack Dwyer of NAI Capital. The building is located at 3396 Willow Lane and contains 15,000 square feet. It will serve as the permanent headquarters for Heathcote and Associates.
