Shorenstein Properties LLC completes purchase of Irvine office complex

Shorenstein Properties, LLC, announced it has purchased the 607,056-square-foot Class A Main Plaza office complex. The property is located near John Wayne Airport in Irvine, Calif.

The seller, Maguire Properties, was represented by Eastdil Secured. Terms of the purchase were not disclosed.

Completed in 1988, the property consists of twin 12-story office towers, two restaurants, a six-level parking structure and is currently 70-percent occupied. Major tenants include Lawyers Title Insurance, Blaboa Capital Corp., Greenberg Farrow architectural firm and Stewart Title Co.
