NAI named leasing agent for Morris County, N.J., flex property

Hackensack, N.J.-based NAI James E. Hanson has been tapped to serve as the leasing agent for 6 Aspen Dr., a flex/industrial building currently under construction in Randolph.

Barry Cohorsky, W. Joshua Levering and Robert Borny are representing the building's owner, Livingston-based Fieldfair Corp., in the leasing assignment.

The building, which is scheduled to be completed and ready for occupancy in October, contains 27,248 square feet. It is situated on 2.4 acres and is located within the Morris County Commerce Center. The property is divisible from 6,800 to 27,248 square feet.
