Eight multi-family units in Seattle bring $1.53M

Bellevue, Wash.-based 1222 Taylor, LLC, has purchased the TownView Apartments in Seattle for $1.53 million from a Mukilteo-based entity known as 1222 Taylor Ave N, LLC.

Hendricks & Partners' Josh Blake and John Shaw represented both parties in the deal.

The apartment complex is comprised of eight units and sold for $191,250 per unit. It is located in the southeastern Queen Anne section of Seattle at 1222 Taylor Ave. N.

"The strong pricing of $1,530,000, or $191,250 per apartment unit, is an example of the resiliency of the Seattle area in a changing real estate market," Blake said.
