9/5/2008Eagle Commercial offers Flagstaff retail property
by Chad KingPhoenix, Ariz.-based Eagle Commercial Realty Services has been tapped to market and sell a 15,776-square-foot retail center in Flagstaff, Ariz., with an asking price of $2.85 million. Nicholas Miner is representing the seller in the offering. The property is located at 1750 S. Railroad Springs Blvd. and contains 10,200 square feet of retail space and 5,576 square feet of office space. It is being offered with a 7.4 percent capitalization rate and currently occupied by tenants including Oreas Sandwich Bakeshop, American General Finance and Land America Transnation Title. Miner is an associate broker with Eagle and began his career with The MEGA Corp. in 1998. He is a former employee of CB Richard Ellis and Marcus & Millichap where he worked as a sales assistant.
