Hendricks & Partners negotiate sale of Arlington multi-family

Brookfield, Wis.-based MLG Capital 2008, LLC, has acquired the Woodstock apartments in Arlington, Texas from New Albany, Ohio-based The Bank of New York Trust Co.

Brokers from Hendricks & Partners represented both parties in the transaction. Mike Miller of the firm's San Antonio office represented The Bank of New York while MLG Capital was represented by Tom Burns and Jay Gunn, brokers in Hendricks & Partners' Dallas office.

The multi-family complex is located at 712 Washington Dr. It contains 128 units and has a unit mix of one, two and three unit apartments. Earlier this year, Miller negotiated the sale of the Spice Creek Apartments in San Antonio. Miller represented Chadnic Spice Creek, LLC, in that transaction.
