Marcus & Millichap to market Peakwood Medical Office portfolio

The Peakwood Medical Office portfolio, a three-building office collection in Houston, Texas, is being marketed and sold by Marcus & Millichap.

Tanner McGraw, an office and industrial investment specialist in the firm's Houston office, is representing a local doctor partnership in the offering.

The Peakwood portfolio, considered an underperforming asset, is located close to the Houston Northwest Medical Center and Bush Intercontinental Airport on FM 1960 in Houston. It is situated on 6.51 acres and contains 204,821 square feet.

"The portfolio benefits from recent quality renovations and strategic advantages through its on-campus presence and a sky bridge to the hospital while offering an opportunity to control 20 percent of the medical community," McGraw said.
