Massey Knakal lists four N.J. properties for more than $16M


James Nelson of Massey Knakal Realty Services has the listing for four investment grade properties throughout New Jersey that have a combined asking price of more than $16 million.

The first property is 119-37 Clifford St. in Newark, a two-story medical office building located near Route 1 and Interstate 78. It is currently 94 percent occupied and has an asking price of $6.2 million. The second property, 576 Central Ave., is located in East Orange approximately one half mile from the Garden State parkway. It contains 55,000 square feet with 8,400 square feet of retail space. The building is 82 percent occupied while the retail portion can be delivered vacant. The building is listed for $5.1 million.

The third property is 10-12 48th St. in Weehawken. The four-story multi-family building is comprised of 17 units and has an asking price of $2.6 million. The last property in the offering is 314 6th St. in Jersey City. The building, also four stories, is a multi-family property that has recently undergone an extensive renovation. It is being marketed with a $2.25 million price tag.
