Brickman selling two Boston office buildings

Brickman, a New York-based real estate private equity firm, is selling 313 and 330 Congress St., two office buildings in downtown Boston, without a formal asking price.

Coleman Benedict and Todd Stressenger of the Boston office of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler are representing Brickman in the offering.

The two six-story buildings are located in Boston's Fort Point Channel neighborhood and were built in the 1890s. They contain a combined 106,028 square feet and were purchased by Brickman in March 2006. The office buildings were completely renovated in 1984 and have a combined occupancy rate of 94 percent.
