Colliers Arnold promotes new senior executive VP

Colliers Arnold has promoted Kimberly Lamb to senior executive VP in the firm's Clearwater, Fla., office where she will have direct oversight of more than 11 million square feet of commercial real estate.

Lamb has been with Colliers Arnold since December 2007 when she joined the firm as director of retail services. She is a former VP of North Florida with Trammell Crow Co. where she was responsible for the oversight of over 17 million square feet of institutional and privately-held real estate.

"We are thrilled to have Kimberly at the helm of our property management services. Her experience with both institutional and entrepreneur clients makes her ideal for this role," said Patrick Duffy, president of Colliers Arnold.
