Voit directs $2.2M sale of San Diego retail property

Nevada-based 6 Development, LLC, has purchased a Blockbuster retail property in San Diego, Calif., from the McGrath Family Trust for $2.2 million.

Anthony Villasenor, a senior VP in Voit Commercial Brokerage's San Diego office, represented the buyer in the transaction.

The building is a 6,500-square-foot retail property at 5197 Waring Rd. It is currently fully-occupied by Blockbuster and sits in front of an Albertsons grocery store.

Last week, Voit represented Tustin Business Center, LLC, in the $28 million sale of the Tustin Business Center in Tustin.
