Voit Commercial directs sale of San Diego office building

Voit Commercial Brokerage has negotiated the $5.85-million sale of the Canyon Creek Design Center office building in San Diego, Calif., a private investor.

Lanza and James March represented the sellers, John Lanza, James Marsh, Betty Jo Lanza and John Robert Lanza. The buyer was represented by Glen Volk.

The building is located at 4010 Morena Blvd. and contains 24,500 square feet. It sits on a 50,530-square-foot tract of land and is in close proximity to Highway 274. Current tenants of the property include Lee Lawrence Ltd., The American Society of Interior Designers, SGO Designer Glass, Arnett Co. and Parkers' Posters.
