Grand View Apartments, LLC, acquires Colorado Springs multi-family for $16M

Kirkland, Wash.-based Grand View Apartments, LLC, has acquired the Parkside Apartments in Colorado Springs, Colo., for $16 million from a locally-based investor.

The deal was arranged by brokers from Marcus & Millichap's Denver office. Both the buyer and the seller were represented by Dave Potarf, Dan Woodward and Jordan Robbins.

Built in 1984, the 268-unit apartment complex is located at 2505 East Pikes Peak Ave. It is comprised of 19 two-story building on 12.14 acres and 211,336 square feet.

Last month, the Robbins/Potarf/Woodward team brokered the $11.3 million sale of The Landmark Apartments, a 120-unit multi-family property in Fort Collins, Colo.
