ARA finalizes sale of San Antonio apartments

Wall Street

Metairie, La.-based MBS has sold the Wall Street apartment complex in San Antonio, Texas for an undisclosed price to Dallas-based Triumph Land & Capital Management.

Patton Jones, Casey Frye and David Wylie of Atlanta, Ga.-based Apartment Realty Advisors represented the seller in the deal.

Wall Street is a 232-unit apartment property located at 11700 Wall St. Built in 1995, it is currently 92 percent occupied and contains a unit mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units.
