HFF sells two industrial/flex buildings in Houston

Holliday Fenoglio Fowler has brokered the sale of two buildings within the Bammel Business Park in northwest Houston, Texas.

Rusty Tamlyn and Mike Parker, who represented the seller in the deal, are also currently marketing the remaining five buildings within the business park.

In this transaction, the two sold Bammel Business Park 6 and 7, two buildings totaling 110,400 square feet. The two buildings are located at 4702 and 4802 North Sam Houston Tollway and each contain 55,200 square feet of industrial/flex space.

Earlier this year, Tamlyn and Parker represented Kimco Realty Corp. in the sale of Sharpstown Court, an 84,188-square-foot retail center in Houston.
