Marcus & Millichap is marketing for sale the Kmart Plaza in Colorado Springs, Colo., with an asking price of $12.77 million

Garrette Matlock, VP of investments in the firm's Denver office, and Jon Hendrickson are representing the seller in the offering.

The retail plaza is located at 3012 N. Nevada Ave. and contains 125,957 square feet. It is being offered for $101 per square feet and sits on 12.56 acres. It is currently 100 percent occupied by tenants including Ace Cash Express, Blockbuster, Rent-A-Center and Subway
