Hendricks & Partners orchestrates $6.22M Sacramento sale

In a deal brokered by Hendricks & Partners, the Casa de Angelo apartment community in Sacramento, Calif., has been sold for $6.22 million.

Steven Nelson and Al Inouye of Hendricks & Partners' Sacramento office negotiated the deal on behalf of the buyer.

The complex is located at 3151 Notre Dame Dr. and contains 100 units. It sold for $62,250 per unit. Earlier this year, Nelson and Inouye arranged the $10.25 million sale of the Granite Creek Apartments in Rocklin on behalf of SRP Terrace, LLC.

Since 1997, the two have sold 14,752 units for $916,629,651 and are currently marketing several northern and central California properties.
