Marcus & Millichap lists Long Island office building for $22M

Marcus & Millichap is marketing for sale a two-story office building in the Long Island suburb of Great Neck, N.Y., with an asking price of $22 million, or $234.54 per square foot.

Adelaide Polsinelli and Kenneth Hoff are representing a private New York family in the offering.

The building is located on Community Drive, adjacent to the 18th hole of a Great Neck country club. It sits on 4.3 acres and contains 90,941 square feet. A majority of the building's office space is leased to North Shore University Hospital.
