Atlanta Walgreens brings $4.95M

Tradition Realty Advisors, LLC, has negotiated the $4.95 million sale of a newly-constructed Walgreens building in the Atlanta suburb of Cumming, Ga.

Tradition Realty's Sean Leahy represented the buyer while Marcus & Millichap represented the seller. The building is located at 2505 Peachtree Parkway and is net-leased on a long-term basis to Walgreens.

Leahy is the owner and manager of Tradition Realty Advisors. He is a former employee of Ernst & Young and Lowe Enterprises. He earned his bachelor's degree in finance and accounting from the University of Arizona.
